Itsy Bitsy Spiders!!

 Intro :For this project we read an Itsy Bitsy Spider storybook and then created our own!

 Materials:
White Drawing Paper
Black Tempera Paint
Pre-cut spiders (cardstock)
Googly eyes
White oil pastels
Puffy pant various colors*
Glitter




Procedure:
1.) Draw a web with white pastel
2.) then paint the whole background with tempera paint (I thinned it with a little water to make sure it let the white pastel show through
3.)Paint the spiders with Puffy Paint
* I use this all the time! The kids love it- it's so much fun!  I mix together paint, shaving cream and glue and give the kids a spoon to apply
4.) Add the eyes and some glitter and glue onto the web
