Sea Turtle Collage

We used sticky, clear contact paper as the background, a paper plate for the turle's body, blue tissue paper, sparkly tan paper for the sand, stickers, construction paper etc. Then finally paint!

This project is a multi media collage sea turtle. The kids had so much fun with this project I think they could have continued creating for another hour! We also looked at pictures of sea turtles in a variety of books and read a story about the life of sea turtles that I found at the library.

I showed the kids how to draw fish and then they cut them out and placed them in the ocean.
